I'm glad God likes to have fun on my birthday

so i forgot that it was my birthday again. if you remember, i forgot my 19th last year at Capernwray as well. my car is no more. it decide yesterday to be more expensive to keep running than it is actually worth. so i catch the bus home from work last night and leave my wallet on the bus when i transfer. i miss the last bus home looking for my wallet. i walked most of the way home with my thumb out. caught a ride for the last few blocks. got home at 1:30am.

When it rains it pours. and i'm still laughing

7 more weeks of dance.

planning on moving back to Bakersfield

but not home.

I'm excited

Everyone needs to plan on coming out 5 days before Jon & Marisa's wedding. little bit of a reunion. and i can show you my world. everyone. start looking for tickets or planning a road trip.

BARE NECESSITIES of life

i'm about done with dealing with all these self-absorbed, materialistic people in OC. or at least the ones i have to deal with. i'm starting to be more and more like that and i don't like it. i'm ready to go back to one pair of jeans for 9 months with stitched holes and Liana's signature flower embroidery, £5 in my pocket, and sleeping in my sleeping bag every night (wait, i still do that last one). but you get my point. all these things and feelings that distract me from my purpose.

Ken and i thought of starting our own clothing company called Bare Necessities. the logo was going to be a sketch of a guy running and just a fig leaf. that's what i want. the Bare Necessities of life. (side note): ask Ken sometime the story that goes with how we came up with this idea because i've blocked it from my memory.
